Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointment cost.
• If you reschedule within a two-week window, the cancellation fee will be waived. However, if you cancel the rescheduled appointment, a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
• For appointments rescheduled beyond the two-week window, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied to your appointment.
Please Note:
• Cancellation fees do not roll over to future appointments.
• If fees are declined, rescheduling will not be allowed until the payment is made.
• My time and energy go into carefully planning my schedule, and this policy ensures fairness and respect for both my time and yours.
