Cancellation Policy

I charge a 75% cancellation fee for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows I charge 100% of the booked appointment. All rescheduled appointments within a two week window the fee will be waived. If you cancel the second time there will be a 75% cancellation fee. Anything rescheduled after the two week window, there will be a required 50% deposit that will go to your appointment. Cancellation fees will not go to your next appointment. If fees are declined, I will not allow rescheduling until the payment is made! Keep in mind- a lot of time and energy is spent making my schedule and this policy applies to everyone. Thanks!
